Face Paint Rules
Please make sure all faces are cleaned before the face is painted.
We will not paint anybody that does not want to be painted on or try’s to “escape” the chair.
We like to create a happy time for our little customers.
We do not paint anybody that appears sick or has a pink eye. (No germs)
No Germs allowed:
¨ No Pink eye
¨ Open or visible wounds
¨ Appears to be sick
¨ Dirty face
¨ Cold sores
¨ Or any other contagious medical condition
Designs may vary due to the artist's mood, day, weather, time and shape—or just how squirmy you are.
All our paint is done with freehand so no two designs look the same they are just as unique as our clients.

Cosmetic Assistant policy and procedures for our Make-up artist
Service Agreement Applicable to All Transactions
Attendant Count Confirmation
Cosmetic Assistant Artist Group is reserving the above event date for styling service of bridal makeup. The expected attendant count above will serve as a guideline to the amount of time needed to be reserved for your party. Any additions to the appointment party may be requested at any time; however, we cannot guarantee our availability to service additional attendees that are not listed. Any Bridal makeup that has to be done must do a trail first within 2 weeks before the reserved date.
Retainer and Payments
If the proposal meets your approval please book our service online. A retainer fee of 50% of the expected total bill is required upon the booking of this agreement. Once your retainer is received, your event date is reserved. The remaining 50% is due 4 weeks before the event date. Gratuity and tax are included. Retainers are non-refundable and nontransferable.
Final Service Count
Your final service count is due 5 weeks before your wedding day/event.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your services, please notify us immediately in writing by e-mail or WhatsApp. Please note that your retainer fee is unfortunately 50% refundable. Partial cancellations occurring 4 weeks prior to the event date shall be without penalty. If the partial cancellation is made within 4 weeks of the event date, only a 50% refund will be given.
It is your sole responsibility to inform us prior to your event date of any allergies or sensitivities you or any of your bridal party members may have to any product used. If we are not notified, the Cosmetic Assistant Artist Group or any of our sub-contractors are not to be held responsible if any reaction were to occur. Please give us as many details about each party's skin condition. Like dry skin types/very oily skin types or are currently experiencing a breakout.
Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event that we are unable to perform the services covered by this agreement due to illness or other circumstances beyond our control, we will try to arrange for a substitute stylist to fulfill the obligations set forth in this agreement.
However, we cannot guarantee that one can be found. In this case, your payment and/or retainer will be refunded in full.
Warranty & Refund
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or warranties on any styling services. It is the client’s sole responsibility to inform us prior to leaving the location if you are unsatisfied with the services for any reason.
By Booking our service, you are granting Cosmetic Assistant Artist Group permission to use photos of you on our website or on other promotional materials.
As a commitment to staying on schedule, there will be a 15 minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. After this, a Late Fee of R100 per 15 minutes will be assessed. Please be sure your party arrives on time.
Valet/Parking fees for each stylist must be covered by you. We will take the responsibility of getting the fee charged by your hotel/location, so that it may be added to your invoice before your event/wedding day. We also work in a radius of 10km in and around Bronkhorstspruit, Gauteng if the location exceeds the 10km radius around our location we charge an additional fee for every 10 km depending on the current petrol/diesel price.
Early Bird Fee
An early bird fee will apply for Check-ins prior to 8 AM at the rate of R150 per hour, per stylist.
Returned checks will incur an R150 service charge.
